Sarasota Youth Sailing counts on the kindness of people in the greater Sarasota and Manatee County areas to support the numerous programs that we offer.
Our outreach programs, summer camp, year round learn to sail and after school programs, not to mention the equipment updates and maintenance, are made possible either in part, or in whole, by contributions from individuals and corporations. Our program provides these opportunities to over 500 kids a year and we work very hard to give any child who has the interest, the opportunity to get on the water and go sailing.

Planned Giving
Charitable gift planning ensures that SYS can continue to impact the next generation of young people by providing sailing instruction that builds character, self-reliance, and respect for the marine environment. SYS gratefully accepts Charitable Bequests in a will or testamentary trust as well as Beneficiary Designations (irrevocable trust, life insurance policy, 401K or other retirement plans).

Have a boat that you no longer use and would like to see it go to a good home? SYS accepts most boats in good to excellent condition for donation, and thanks you for thinking of us!
